"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "I saw them in the neighborhood, so I got their details and they gave me an estimate. They were re-repairing a crack from 20 years ago. They did their work and cleaned up afterward. I waited until after 3 or 4 serious rain storms before this comment. The basement still dry. No seepage through the cracks. I should have called them a long time ago."

"This is the second time I have hired Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes. The first time they installed an effective French drain system at a prior residence. At my newest residence they recently extended / relocated a downspout drainage popup emitter to be further out in my yard away from my house. The day of the work they arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and completed the work within the time estimated and cleaned up the work area. I am very pleased with the work they did. If I need any more landscaping / drainage work, Metro will be the first company I call. I trust their integrity and their competence."

"Needed basement/crack repair. We had water coming in the walls and from the floor of our finished basement. This company was timely in scheduling the initial inspection, prompt in e-mailing an estimate, and had the lowest estimate out of two we obtained. They showed up as scheduled, worked hard and were very professional. After the work was initially completed, we experienced a small "weeping" problem with the French drain system. They promptly came back out and made adjustments to the slope of the drain at no further cost. Six months, and several very heavy rains later, our basement remains completely dry. Highly recommend this company."

"Tried to rush three days of work into two days, didn't work. Still waiting for someone to return and seal the discharge pipes. Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company."

"He was a nice man but I don't think he was much of an expert in waterproofing. He was prompt. I think he was a businessman who purchased the business and didn't know what to do. I just needed someone who knew what he was doing. The deal was not a good deal because he was just coming out to do basic inspection, which other companies can do for free. The whole thing was kind of bogus. When he came out, he first mentioned something about drain tiling. I asked him where he was going to put the drain tiles and  he wouldn't even take another look. He came back again and said he didn't realize it was another level. He said he was going to recommend a french drain. Honestly, it was like a doctor who thought the patient wanted something to walk out of the door with and didn't know what to give him so he just wrote a prescription. It just didn't apply. I'm sure he knows what to do in standard, easy to read situations. I wouldn't recommend him. He told me he had another business which he tried to interest me in."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
