Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. "Needed basement/crack repair. We had water coming in the walls and from the floor of our finished basement. This company was timely in scheduling the initial inspection, prompt in e-mailing an estimate, and had the lowest estimate out of two we obtained. They showed up as scheduled, worked hard and were very professional. After the work was initially completed, we experienced a small "weeping" problem with the French drain system. They promptly came back out and made adjustments to the slope of the drain at no further cost. Six months, and several very heavy rains later, our basement remains completely dry. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

"Tried to rush three days of work into two days, didn't work. Still waiting for someone to return and seal the discharge pipes. Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company."
