Brad and his crew came out to help us with water coming into our basement. They sold us on a drain system and dug a perimeter around the majority of our basement, added rocks and pipe and then sealed it back up with cement. They also installed a new sump pump in the same location as the old one. Unfortunately their system has not stopped the water coming into through the cove joint. We’ve had Brad out twice and he insists that their drain system is only designed to catch the hydrostatic water coming from underneath. The sump pump hardly ever does off, even with a flooded basement. This is not correct as a properly installed system should be catching water from the cove joint and sending it through the system in the floor and to the sump pump. I would never use or trust them again. We are out thousands of dollars and still have a flooding basement.

Everything about this repair job was wonderful - from Brad giving us the bid (and explaining exactly what would be done), to Will and Ree (sp?) doing the excellent work. Everyone was courteous, professional and left everything spotless. And the cost was surprisingly lower than I thought it would be.

Had to call them back out. The discharge pipe was right next to the breaker box. The actual pipes should have been 2" not 1/1/2. The attached photo was taken on Oct 19

It went very well. Brad came out and was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond explaining the problem so I really understood the options. He also was not pushy and did not try to up sell me on anything. He understood that now that I understand the problem, I will go back to him for any work as he has provided excellent service and information.

Brad came out to bid the job and was very professional and knowledgeable. They were also the only company I found that could go underneath my furnace. Hired them to do the job. They showed up on time, 5 people including Michael Roberts the owner. The guys knocked out the job in appr 5 hours, cleaned as the went, had checks and balances to make sure no mistakes. Michael worked with the guys and made sure things were done right. Brad stopped by too. Very impressed with guys. Price was fair and job seems to have been done right.

eating The repairs were a total disaster as the cracks in the dining room and kitchen came back and they have refused to come back to the house to make an assessment and do further repair work. The holes ( 8 ft.) in the ground that they dug up had to be refilled  with dirt and several holes had to be refilled with dirt and asphalt material.  This company attempted to  performed this task several times; however, failed. Therefore, I bought the material myself as the holes had begun to sink soon thereafter, and leaving them as they were, presented a safety issue.  I have the receipts and pictures of these holes and the money I put out is nearly $400.00.  Also, of great importance is that the day before the work was due for completion, the owner, Mr. Michael Roberts, told me that he would have to charge me an additional $1,300.00.  Keep in mind that this was a five day job. The contract did state that if this company had to go deeper into the ground to install these piers, that there would be an additional charge.  I wouldn't have had a problem with paying additional money had they brought to my attention days earlier rather than a day before the day ended.    The owner's partner seem surprise when I shared this scenario with him and he presented to me that he would cut the additional amount in half, leaving me to pay $650.00. I reluctantly paid them $200.00 of this amount, along with the $9,200.00.  However, when the holes re-opened in the ground, I decided to use the remaining balance to buy material to fill the holes.  They are using this action not to honor the warrant.  At this point, I am asking that I be refunded the total amount of money ($$, 9,600.00) which I have paid them.
Also, this is a dishonest company as they stated that they have liability insurance on their employees; however, when one of the employee got sick from heat exhaustion while working at my house and had to be taken to the hospital , I learned about this the next day from one of the employees. When I brought this to the company's attention and asked that I see the document citing liability  insurance, I was told that they had lied about having liability insurance ; therefore, couldn't produce this document.  I assume the same would be true of the employees; specifically , not doing record checks.  As several of the employees asked me about my past profession ( counselor/ [parole officer), they stated that they were either ex-offenders or on parole.  Let me also informed you that on the day that Mr. Robert came to collect the check for the work his company had performed that I informed him that the ground work was left messy and unacceptable and that he would not get paid until he had corrected the problem.  He and his partner agree to take care of the matter; however, Mr. Roberts balled his fist up and stated that he felt like beating me to the ground. Subsequently, I called 911 as I felt threaten.  He left the premises before the police came. I filed no charges as I felt he was just going through a moment of uncontrollable anger.  This is another reason why I would not want his presence at my house.  There is pending action by the St. Louis BBB .    On the contract, the name on the contract is:  Roberts's Piering System, LLC and the listed company above is also another name of their company.  From all indication, they have changed their names numerous times!
I thank you for any assistance you can provide and I would appreciate some response from you.

Happy with the services provided.  The technician was punctual, friendly, and very helpful, he didn't try to sell us any services we didn't need.  He identified the potential culprit and I was able to fix the issue myself.

I believe the cost was a little high for the work performed and was not satisfied with the overall work that was completed. I would not recommend this company for any future project.

He was a nice man but I don't think he was much of an expert in waterproofing. He was prompt. I think he was a businessman who purchased the business and didn't know what to do. I just needed someone who knew what he was doing. The deal was not a good deal because he was just coming out to do basic inspection, which other companies can do for free. The whole thing was kind of bogus. When he came out, he first mentioned something about drain tiling. I asked him where he was going to put the drain tiles and  he wouldn't even take another look. He came back again and said he didn't realize it was another level. He said he was going to recommend a french drain. Honestly, it was like a doctor who thought the patient wanted something to walk out of the door with and didn't know what to give him so he just wrote a prescription. It just didn't apply. I'm sure he knows what to do in standard, easy to read situations. I wouldn't recommend him. He told me he had another business which he tried to interest me in.

First the problem was identified. I thought I had only 1 crack, but I was only seeing the "relief" crack. The big crack in the foundation was hidden behind wood paneling. The work was done to fix the cracks & provide proper foundation drainage. Because the main crack was around part of the basement window casing, at my request, they replaced the window. Also @ my request, they replaced my sump pump (which was about 20 years old). The work was very professional. They were prompt, thorough, very neat; the work was done in about 2 & 1/2 days.  Everything was explained to me. The added work was my idea, not something even brought up or "pushed" by the company. When the problem was identified, all possible solutions were discussed. I was very pleased with the work done. It has been a year and a half since the work was completed, and my basement is dry, the cracks remain sealed, and I have a very nice looking new basement window.

The crew showed up on time and was very professional.  They were able to get the work corrected and pointed out a cheaper route to fix the foundation first before trying a more expensive solution.  Definitely would use again.
