Winterizing of my deceased brother's home was scheduled by "All in One Plumbing" to be done on Sunday 11/5/2023. The owner Muarice called on 11/5/2023 saying they were having major problems ona job site and would not be able to come on the scheduled date, but they would come Monday 11/6/23. Unfortunately, we had to return to our home in Florida Monday morning. I arranged for a neighbor to come when they arrived. He stayed the entire time they were here. He said he never saw any of the 2 people who came go under the modular home to check all the pipes. I was initially quoted an estimate by Angi of $200-$300. I was charged $600 by Maurice the owner of Allin One Plumbing saying he had to hire an extra person to go under the modular home. He also said they had to tear apart the cabinet where the hot water heater, shut off valve and water filter were inside the bathroom next to the bathroom sink. I do not understand why that would have been necessary. When I contacted Maurice about the leaks and busted water filter he said they did not do anything to the water filter. I said if it had been emptied it would not have been full of water and frozen and busted. Leaks in the utility room behind the washer which had a lot of water flowing under it flooding the utility room when we had the busted water filer problem repaired by someone else and turned the water back on only to discover water flooding from under the washer and also the refrigerator in the kitchen. When I told Maurice that if the lines had been drained properly and flushed with antifreeze he said that if it gor real cold condesation couold form inside the pipes and result in a leak. When I kept insisting that proper winterizing should have insured no leaks, he even questioned how I would know that someone may have gotten inside the home and turned on water causing the leaks later. I said there are cameras all around the house and alarms on the doors. He accepted no responsibility for the damages nor any offer to do any repairs saying they did everything they shouold have. No matter what I said or questioned he said nothing was their fault. I finally said it was obvious that we were not getting anywhere and there was no resolution of the problem due to improper servicing on their part and I hung up.. Other plumbers I have talked to about this incident said that there was no way leaks could have resulted if proper winterizing had been done. I even told Maurice that I left the heat on in the modular home to make sure there were no problems. He said that meant the problems were not caused by them. I hope the number "1" is the lowest rating possible. I would suggest a "0" option, certainly in our case.

"As the owner and founder of AllN1 plumbing we take great pride of of work also I was the one on site and the one that spoke with u personally every time Everything that this customer said he needed done was done to perfection. The customer gave me strict instructions on what he wanted done. Also the customer brother’s house was far away in a rural area. We had to do a lot of work just to get to the hot water heater which was incasted in a small inclosed area that we had to take apart the front to even drain the tank and put it back together So There’s no way we could’ve seen this water system and also the customer never told us it was one in the home. He was never charge for that and u can’t put antifreeze in a clean water system it will poison u and containment everyone else the drinks water from there system most likely kill them I will send the invoice to Angie list to dispute these allegations against us also if the customer told me the heat was on 60 all winter theres no way the filter could freeze it’s impossible most likely customer forgot to turn on the heater because he lives in another state are he had a power outage for awhile and didn’t know it …. We will dispute this with Angi and send the invoice with itemized list of the work that was done and he approved. We will Never get paid for a job and don’t do it completely. Out of our years of service with Angi we have had a higher standard and score than any other company on the plate form and we attend to keep that going despite this situation thanks"

Maurice responded within 30 seconds of my Angi "request for quote" being submitted. He came out to clear an exterior area drain the next morning (by our request), even though they offered to come that same evening. He was courteous and professional, and successfully cleared the blockage. The cost was competitive and of very good value compared to two others I received. We'd certainly call, again. Thank you!

Exceptional service. On time, polite, respectful, and upfront in regards to pricing. Main line completely clogged with year’s of built up tree roots. When the job was completed, a camera was used to show the whole 100 plus feet of line was clean of roots and debris. Highly recommend ALLN1 Plumbing.

Hired Pro on 09/23/21 introduced himself and worker. He ran snake in drain 3 times told me he heard a pop and it was open. Very professional took his word for it. Explained that if they came back another 150. I told him we could not test it for open because stepson had come on Saturday hook up new drain pipes. Stepson hooked up pipes and we found out that still clogged.We called AllN1 plumbing argued wit dispatcher that employee told us it was open guaranteed. Dispatcher said I'll call you back in a few. After 45 minutes he called and told us would be out between 1 and 3 pm. Showed up at 2:00pm snaked the pipe and then asked me step out of my own area and said no wonder it was clogged found a spiral end off of cable. Told me someone in years back must have broken it. I told him the employee from his company heard a pop in line and it must have been him. Defensively said we don't use them kind of cables. Argued with me and i told him look I'm not going argue with you went up stairs leaving my Stepson with them. I asked my wife explained whats going on. I told her we need get someone else but asked me stay upstairs. Pro had go get a rubber boot which i found out he used my PVC pipe 8 ft length without my permission. I asked Stepson where's my pipe. He told them use it. What they could have bought some at plumbing store instead of using mine. He was leaving and mentioned to wife about cable end and she replied pipe was never snaked over years because never had a problem with it. My look on things over paid,rude and unprofessional.

I will handing over the signed documents to angi pros that you signed both times we we in your home saying our services was approved and you were satiesfied 100% We went out of our way to help you in your bad situation we offerd you the proper solution when we first came for your clogged drain because your plumbing was not up to standard code. and in really bad shape. after we gave you the price of $1600 with a half off coupon witch brought the price down to $800 u said u only have a $150 to try to cable the line. we tried to cable and had u sign for the work we done your son took all the pipes so there was know way to run water to see if it was open as u stated in your review. Your son called us on sat morning the very next day with all respect me as the owner came to your home cut the pipe out and showed you and your son the pipe was rusted closed your son asked me can i fix it because he was goimg to pay for it i then took the price from $800 to $400 because he said his mom needs her sink and she just doesnt have money, he said we can use anything we seen around the house becuase he knew the work shouldve bn alot more we not only fixed your line we had to reroute the entire line to another pipe because your stack is bad so on my off day i did $2500 dollars worth of work for $400 everyone said thank you besides the step father who wrote this review and wasnt the one who paid us.."
