"On February 10th, 2015 I called Kirkwood Plumbing to see if they could put in a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal.  Because they do not have a showroom, they suggested a plumbing supplier.  I followed their suggestion and after purchasing my items I called Kirkwood Plumbing back to schedule an appointment.  Two days later Jim, a 5th generation plumber, showed up promptly at my door. He was personality plus!  He was very friendly and put my mind at ease about the project.  I had an unorthodox configuration under my sink, but Jim was not deterred.  He worked quickly, efficiently and neatly.   Jim is not just a plumber, he is an artist.  He replaced old valves and made underneath the sink look new again.  He checked everything to make sure it worked, including the dishwasher.  He also explained the usage and care of our new items.  I've used Kirkwood Plumbing several times and would highly recommend them.  The office personnel is very efficient.

"This company is awesome! Water started running in my basement right when the bad winter snow storm hit (02-02-2022). When I called to find someone to fix it after the weather let up, everyone was backed up due to the bad weather. I decided to make one last call to Anytime Plumbing and the owner name Steve answered the phone. He said that he was backed up too and was nice enough to suggest another company. As soon as I was about to hang up he told me that one of his plumbers just called and said that he was done with a job he was working on so he was able to come to take a look at my issue. Ian came and right away he was the nicest most polite person. He arrived at 2:30ish and didnâ t leave until almost 7:00pm making sure we had water. He didnâ t tell me until he was all done that it was his birthday. What a really kind caring person to do that for his customer. He was God sent! I would recommend this company to anyone, they are very caring."

The only person we didn't care for was Keith He only stopped by to look at what was going on. He was a little rude to my wife and Made her feel Like she was second class in her own home. We Were very shocked by that. We would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to our friends."

"Overall the project went well, and we have a beautiful finished basement that we use for combine office / family space. They were very accommodating of changes in scope along the way, all while getting things complete on schedule. They were able to frame in around everything, keeping things as tight as possible to maximize the space, were able to have a plumber on site same day to move some piping when mine fell through, they sub contracted the electrical work. The project was not without bumps / changes, and no project of this size is (i assume). I think some of the problems could have been avoided with better communications and setting of expectations during the project, on both my part and theirs. At the end of the day, the basement looks great and we enjoy every moment down there. I would hire them again for my next project (and plan to)!"
