From the first time he worked for us, identifying that a leak originated from a roof vent that had been knocked slightly askew in a storm and rain water had gradually seeped down the pipes and terminated above our kitchen cabinets, he has always been prompt, courteous, professional in every way, and just an all around nice guy to work with. And the pricing has always been fair. Since then he has installed a number of appliances and fixed sundry leaks for us. Can't recommend him or his company enough. Give them a try."

The only thing is I wish they would carry drains and overflow covers of various finishes and offer to change them out for you.  My drain looks very old and pitted now that the bathtub is refinished."

"Smooth as could be from call to completion.  For $279 (Angie's List deal) they came in and reglazed our nasty old tub to a sparkling white new finish.  It was fast, too. Our old tub had been flaking and chipping - it looks BRAND NEW.  The one note of caution that I would say is the smell is AWFUL.  Thankfully, we have an attic fan and a bathroom fan.  It took about 2-3 days before going into the bathroom didn't knock you out. :)  The installer cautioned not to use bathmats on the tub anymore, since they could suction up the coating I guess.  There are options for non-slip aids though.

"Maurice, Allin1 Plumbing provided excellent service replacing my exterior hose bib. Although running late from a previous appointment, he assured me he would keep his promised appointment and arrived at my home around 4 p.m. to bid the project. He quoted me a price for labor that was considerably below other estimates, and provide necessary materials at cost (showing me the purchase receipt). What truly amazed me was that, even though it was quite late to begin the job, he did the work immediately (rather than returning at a later, scheduled date), including running to Home Depot to procure the parts. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and with no surprises. The project was completed totally to my satisfaction, with the worksite cleaned of all debris at completion. I will definitely contact Allin1 Plumbing for my next plumbing project. I should also mention that Maurice, fully capable to perform the needed plumbing, was also congenial, extremely polite, and most importantly, highly professional."

J&E came out and said they barely screwed the disposal in- which is why it was leaking. Lesson learned, don't use a provider not on Angie's List!!!!"

He charged me $90.00 for this last visit. He fixed several things for me. There was a horrendous leak underneath the sink and he had to replace all of the piping that had rusted through. My house is 46 years old. Before that he replaced all the plumbing in my sink area. It was little more the first visit because he had to go to the home improvement store twice. At first I thought it was the disposal leaking. I had told him to get a good disposal. He came out here with the new one and it wasn't even that. The leak was behind the disposal and it was the pipes. He spent a good bit of time on that. He is great and he is honest. That is the main thing. He gave me a whole sheet filled with what all he does. He is truly a handyman. He fixed a shower head which my son had put on. He showed me where my son had tightened it too tight and broken it. He told me it wasn't the shower per se at all but a little piece that he said he would get from the home improvement store and replace rather than replacing the whole shower head. He was able to find the tiny replacement and he replaced it. That saved me a lot of money. He is very polite, he is honest, he is thorough, and he is on time. You can count on him. He is excellent. He is educated and knows what he is doing. He is good. He doesn't mess around timewise. His price is excellent. If I had had a regular plumber out here, it would have cost me a lot more because plumbers are very expensive. His work is guaranteed. If you called him the next day and told him there was a leak where he had worked on, he would be back and he wouldn't charge you. I can't find anything wrong with him. He retired and got into this work. He was into office work prior to that. He is very intelligent and he stands out. He is just tops. He is well educated, well dressed, clean, and smart."

"Had Nick Rattini as our technician - great job overall. I wanted to replace our Rheem 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 50 gallon water heater and Burke Plumbing will let you use customer supplied appliances - up front charge was $640 which is competitive, my assumption is that price includes an extra $100 for using a customer supplied heater. They added another $100 for modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the larger tank which, in my mind, was reasonable. They showed up on time and the installation took about 2 hours. I had hot water one hour later. All in all, very pleased with the experience from Burke Plumbing which has been around since the 1930s."
