"Ok. but there was poor communication from the office. The plumber did not arrive as quickly as expected. Also, the plumber was not wearing a mask and did not offer to wear a mask even though we had ours on."

"It went very well.  The company called back with 24 hours to schedule an appointment and was able to come at a time that fit my schedule at the last minute.  The service tech was nice, on time and helpful.  He changed out the drain during the tub reglazing even though he was not required to do so.  Only recommendation would be to use their own trash bags vs. my bathroom trash bin as it left dust and film in it.  Other than that the experience was great."

"Bill & his guy installed a new kitchen for me in a small apartment I own. It went very smoothly- the guys were great at foreseeing potential problems and working around issues on the fly as needed during the job.
