"Called today for a non-emergency service (no water leaks at the moment).  I scheduled an appointment for the following week.  A couple hours later they called and said they could come today.  Jason arrived a few minutes later.  He was very friendly and professional.  He reviewed the damage from the leak (we had turned off the water).  He was able to quickly determine the likely cause.  After making the fix he double checked to ensure the problem was fixed.  I really appreciated his expertise and ability to ensure the fix worked.  I also appreciated his friendly demeanor.
I have used Kirkwood Plumbing before and they will be the first for me to call.

"Had it not been for the installers Damien and Daniel this experience I would not have anyone go thru. It took 10 weeks of bare walls and plumbing pipes exposed in our master bath for a job that is nationally advertised in as little as one day. Had I not continually called (over 30 calls) trying to get information I would not have had ANY idea what was going on. Communication was nill!
