Very easy to work with them. And they cared about making sure it was done right and timing is always a challenge but they did their best.

We were not home but my son was upset about the mess .

ABC is a very professional and knowledgeable construction company with decades of experience. Super responsive on info, questions, etc. They had at least one supervisor on site at all times during our roof and skylights replacement. The quality of work performed is excellent and this is the second roofing, etc. job ABC performed with us since owning our house.

They replaced our roof as a result of hail damage. About 10 years prior we had hail damage and we used ABC, we were so satisfied with their work we went with them again this time. They are professional and great to work with. Good quality and the installers were awesome. We highly recommend this company!!!

Everyone that I interacted with at ABC was great. The process was very easy. The crew was on time. They installed my roof in a day. The crew was very respectful of my property and cleaned up well when they were done. The crew leader was very communicative with me and was great work with. Thanks ABC!

It took them 7 months to do our roof when they said 90 days. Then they messed up on my roof and took them 3 more months to fix it and turn in their work to my insurance company. Which almost made me miss the deadline to turn it in They did not order the right stuff without me calling their head office the guy only ordered Half my roof! They did not do the insurance thing right and I had to get my own lawyer but when I was sold stuff they said they would handle it but did not. So I still have 50,000.00 worth of damage to my house. Without a lawyer me just sending in pic myself I have got 15500.00 more than when they helped me and they said there was no work here to be done. I wish I could show a pic of my roof and the nails they left and all my emails to them. Do not let them fight for you or you wont get your house fixed right the guy took the first quote.

Every so often you contract for service that really exceeds your expectations. From the sales department to the service and then the follow up. The crew that came to my house were fantastic ! Hard working , attention to detail and such nice people as well. The follow up was so good .....Not once , Not twice but three times Just in case I missed something. . I am writing as President of Westwood Village II in Roseville. The Board of Directors agrees with this review. We hired ABC approximately a year ago for a MAJOR siding project: Complete replacement siding for 78 homes. They also took responsibility for gutter work and new garage doors, which they subcontracted to other firms. Overall, they did an outstanding job. While the project was not without its hitches, to be expected of one this size that seeks to satisfy 78 households., the proof of the pudding... We are extremely satisfied with the end results. The new siding has dramatically improved the appearance of the community while providing a maintenance-free alternative to our previous wood siding. The project has also has also considerably increased our property values. The one thing that I wish they had done differently is for them to have more openly communicated with homeowners. Their communication with individuals was fine. However, there were times that they did something we didn't understand (such as not completing one section before moving on to the next). I'm sure they had their reasons, but I wish they had communicated these reasons to the community as a whole or to those affected by the decision. Overall, though, this is a quibble. We are very happy with how the project had turned out, are very glad we used them, and would not hesitate to refer them for another project, large or small.

They came early as they completed the previous task early. They completed the task in timely manner and were very understanding of our need. I hope they will be available again when I need them. Wondering, maybe in three years they can paint the trim on our house. They will remember it as an old three story house. The trim is rather complicated. Thank you.

The siding man did not install the siding as I instructed. Make sure you get a quote in writing before hiring.

The guy was very courtesy.

I like the way they handle small jobs like the one I had done (siding repair). On the first call, they were totally up-front about their fee structure, and that the trip charge would cover the first hour of labor. As it happens, the worker was done in less than a half hour, and everything appears to be fine.
