We used Insurance Solutions Services (ISS) to contest my roof hail claim with State Farm who denied my claim. ISS appealed the claim and when that failed, they referred me to a public appraiser which I used in the "Appraisal Process", much like an arbitration with State Farm. My claim prevailed and I used ISS for my new roof (asphalt shingles). The work was timely and well done and it was obvious that ISS was concerned about customer satisfaction. Although working with the State Farm Appraisers was difficult, the ISS team was always reachable and responsive and willing to work with me persistently to bring my claim to resolution.

Very fast response after storm damage. Showed up promptly, ffollowed up with shingle replacement quickliy.

Michael was very communicative. In the week I called him, he was able to complete the repair job I needed.

Insurance Solutions Services provided great service from start to finish! Isaac was my point of contact - excellent: knowledgeable, helpful, available for any inquiries. I met the company owner, Michael, when he brought the large dumpster for the old roofing materials. The workers were all awesome, especially Douglas the crew lead. They cleaned up all the debris, and there was a lot from our roof removal! They installed metal gutter covers I had purchased. I really appreciated Douglas' willingness to do that!

They were timely and efficient, considerate of my landscaping, and cleaned up all the debris! Highly recommend this service!

The roofers didnâ t put the satellite dish back up correctly but Michael was able to find someone to come out that same night in the dark to get it working again.

Michael and crew were great to work with. After other roofing companys told us we shouldn't even bother filing a claim, Michael encouraged it and walked it all the way through to full coverage. As soon as we got the approval, they were out replacing the roof in a couple of days. The roofing crew were fast and courteous and the new roof is beautiful.
