"EXCEPTIONAL Experience working with Bormann Brothers! From my first phone call with Steve Bormann to my new roof being completed, gutters and gutter guards installed, the whole process was seamless. Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. They worked with my insurance company, did everything possible to maximize my dollars from the insurance company, applied for city permit and did very good work. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"Great!! The Walker Roofing people (sales, project supervisor and work crew) were excellent and very knowledgeable in their areas. They quickly and correctly addressed our questions, concerns or problems. If something was going to be delayed, they told us before hand. No unpleasent surprises. The work crew was excellent; fast, efficient, on time and hard working. Incredible cleanup of the old cedar roofing with no damage to lawn or plantings around house. We are very pleased with the whole project."

"We are very happy with the work we had completed by Twin Cities Siding. We used almost every service they offer and are very satisfied with all of the work completed. We originally asked them to bid on siding and roof replacement. We also asked for a bid on adding a screen or multi-season porch and deck. They really listened to what we wanted and came back with a bid that made our dream of adding a family room feasible. Once we agreed to work with them on the siding and roofing we also asked for bids on insulation and window replacement. Every bid was competitive and fair. This was a long project and we worked with many folks from the company. Every employee was extremely professional and made it easy to welcome them into our home for many weeks. We had very regular updates from and communication with our project manager throughout the project. Given the scope of the work and the number of players involved, there were some bumps along the way (like the window company sending all of the windows backwards), but every challenge was met head on and handled quickly, which rates very high with us. Overall, we got everything we dreamed of for our home within our budget. We would definitely recommend Twin Cities Siding to family and friends."
