What a fabulous company to work with! Russell and Tanner practically held our hands through the whole insurance process as our roof and siding were damaged beyond repair during a hail storm this spring. Our home is a little further away than most of their clients so they sent a top-notch crew that handled the entire roofing and siding job in just three days! Our home experienced an incredible and speedy transformation. It's awesome and we could not be more pleased.

I had a small repair that many companies didn't want to deal with but had a great experience with Super Siders. They were prompt and courteous in responding and scheduling an appointment and gave me a more than fair cost to get it done. The repair was done quickly and looks fantastic! They were also able to work with a distributor to find the exact siding since the house was built by a national builder. Overall would 10/10 recommend Super Siders!

When we bought our house we knew that we needed to have some work done, especially on the exterior. As part of the purchase process we had testing done that determined significant water damage to the water barriers and wood sheathing under the stucco, particularly around the windows and places where flashing hadn't been installed correctly on the original roof. What we didn't know was how bad some of the damage was, especially around the deck. The deck wasn't even properly attached to the frame of the house, only to the stucco exterior, and the support post footings weren't up to code and only had small concrete disks around the top that were just deep enough to pass a casual inspection. Thankfully we called the right people for the job: Super Siders! They replaced our windows, front door, siding, roof, and built a gorgeous new deck that is entirely up to code. Russ led us through the process each step of the way and gave us renderings of the design that are surprisingly accurate to how the finished product actually looks (most aren't!). There were a few hiccups, as expected with any project this large, but the Super Siders team fixed all of them to our complete satisfaction. After the work was done, I noticed that there was a lot of snow and rain that would come down onto the deck just outside the sliding doors during heavy storms. Russ and his crew custom built a diverter, working with the roof manufacturer to make sure the warranty wasn't voided. My wife and I have owned a few houses over the last 12 years, and this is the only one that we're truly satisfied with how it looks on the outside. Thank you Super Siders!

I cannot say enough good things about Super Siders and especially Russ. We thought we'd repaired a leak last year that we assumed came from our siding but noticed further damage this spring. Russ came out again and water-tested the suspect section of roofing, confirming his suspicion that it was roof related. Now we have a clear path to get this problem resolved. They have had a change in leadership recently that has definitely had an impact on their work and service compared to some previous reviews. Here are the things that happened during my project: - After signing the contract, I didn’t hear anything from them for months until I reached out to them. - I was told we would do a walkthrough beforehand with everyone working on it which never happened. - I was told some unneeded utility boxes on the side of my building would be removed which they were not. - I was told the siding would be the same product as on my house which it was not. - The workers lost my light fixture mounts, so I needed to buy new lights. - I got billed for multiple things that they didn’t actually do which I had to notify them about for the charges to be removed. I reached out to management regarding these issues, and they refused to acknowledge that they even did anything wrong. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any company.

Very impressive from the planing meeting throughout the competition of our project. On time, on budget!! Quick responses to our questions!! Would highly recommend Super Siders for your siding, roofing, and windows!! Our house looks great and our neighbors are jealous!!

Over the winter due to some wind we had one of the pieces of siding at the roof line come loose with about 4 ft pulling away from the house. I met Yarik at the MN Home and Garden show and set up an appointment to have it looked at. Yarik was very professional and made sure to call ahead to confirm the appointment and the time of arrival. I was very impressed when he saw another area of our siding that had shifted exposing the flashing underneath and offered to fix that at the same time. Yarik did a great job, ensuring that the siding was fully fixed. I would definitely hire Yarik again for any future siding repairs!

My experience with SuperSiders has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. The whole process was super smooth and they even fought with my insurance for me to make sure things got fixed the right way. Work was completed very quickly and professionally. SuperSiders has made the nightmare of this process much easier. They even helped replace damaged siding that the insurance refused to cover. When I do any additional work, I will definitely call them again.

I had some water leak issues with my chimney which he was willing to fix as well as replacing a missing piece of siding on my garage. He’s willing to go the extras mile for his customers to make sure they are receiving the best possible experience they can from Super Siders. I can tell you without question to have Douglas help you with your home issue- he is dedicated and reliable and will not sell you any service you don’t truly need.

The job went very well. On schedule with start and finish times. Super Siders did a great job including the cleanup work involved. They also helped me tremendously in dealing with the insurance company. Everything went much better than expected. Would definitely recommend.

Super Siders replaced all of the windows in our house and 2 patio doors. They did a great job. We were concerned about the trim and needing to repaint and they matched everything perfectly!

We called Super Siders because after a strong wind a roof vent had blown off our house. They came the same day and temporarily repaired it and sealed the hole in our roof to prevent further leaks. They did a roof inspection and found that our shingles were damaged across the entire roof. After a second look by our insurance adjuster the damage was confirmed and we hired them to contract the job. As it turned out, in order to meet new codes some of our Hardie board siding needed to be removed in order to place new flashing on the walls around the roof peaks of the house. Communicating with Super Siders and their professionalism has led to amazing results. Yarik and Tanner have been amazing to work with, they are keeping us in the loop, and they are also taking care of insurance needs. As situations arise, Yarik resolves them to our satisfaction. We are nearing the end of the project and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely seek their help and support in the event something like this should ever happen again.

Russ with Super Siders was very attentive to detail and communicated with us every step of the way. He kept us in the loop for estimated times for when the projects would be completed. He stopped out a few times during the projects as well and made sure we were happy and satisfied after the work was completed.
