Joseph was easy to communicate with. I sent a picture of the area I needed a sump pump and drain pipe installed and he ensured his team had everything needed when they arrived.

They cleared drain which lasted 3 months, had them clear it again which lasted another 3 months. Charged us both times. Set up another appointment and they didn?t bother showing up or calling.

They cleared our backed up main sewer line twice in the past few years. Very prompt and effective response and a very fair price both times.

Joseph's Drain Cleaning sent Ben out to my home to unclog my main laundry room pipe. Joseph's Drain Cleaning company is not a licensed plumber according to Home Advisor and his drain cleaner Ben attempted to cut open my pipe so he could unclog my drain with an electric saw. Cutting open pipes and reconnecting them requires a plumbing license in Minnesota and he never should have attempted to do this without the proper licensing. The force of the electric saw caused my t pipe underneath to break. He charged me $150 and left me with a pipe that gushes water when I do laundry and then Ben told the owner Joseph my pipe was already like that. Joseph agreed to have the damage repaired but never came through with his promise. I now have to hire a plumber to repair the damage Ben left me with.

Clean up could have been better, I threw away some pipes Left but only a couple. Ben was great. The toilet needed a new stopper to complete the job, but wasn't put in. They said they would be out the next day to replace the old one but hasn't showed up since I had them out about two weeks ago. They replaced all the water pipes in the basement. Cleared bathroom sink, replaced toilet insides, except for the stopper. Since I had more water pressure in the toilet new indices was required. They did not charge extra for it.. Overall they did a good job.

Great pricing and knowledge, once they made it out. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule three times before someone actually made it to my home. And twice I had to reach out to see if they were still coming before they tried to reschedule. Please improve the communication in the future, otherwise great company and great work!!
