The crew moved through each obstacle with speed and efficiency. I was also impressed by how clean they were. They even put up plastic walls to keep dust out of the rest of the basement. When they left, the floor was probably cleaner than when they arrived! With all the recent rain I can now hear the water trickling from the new drain pipe into my sump pit. "Excellent!!  this provider is extremely qualified, responsive and very quality oriented.  His team arrived on time, were very polite and friendly and you could tell they all worked together as a team.  I had prepared a grading plan and Jason was so exact in his quest to give me the best drainage possible, he repeated taking grade measurements throughout his process.  He must have re-verified the gradient at least 8 times to make sure we got it right.  Great job of grading and sodding and debris removal.  Price was good and what we had agreed upon.  I would use him again in a heartbeat!!!  I would also recommend him to others.

"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost.
