"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. "They were fantastic! Ron was punctual for our initial meeting. He listened to what I wanted, took notes and measurements. A proposal was emailed to me within days. After receiving the initial proposal, we had a few additional items added to the project. An updated proposal followed. Once we had agreed on scope, Ron provided drawings for us to review and approve prior to the project starting. Landscaping lights was not something I had requested (or thought of) and Ron included them in the drawings. The lighting makes the front yard spectacular at night. The project started a bit later than anticipated due to the weather (rain) but once they started the project was finished within the timeline they had given us. The crew was amazing! They cleaned up every evening before leaving and did an excellent job on the install. Our yard looks fantastic!!
