"I called contractor to get estimates for needed plumbing. Arrived a few minutes late but I received a call prior to arrival that would be late. After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. He was able to do the work at the time so I did not have to reschedule appointment. One of the requirements was to remove a broken disposal and disconnect from disposal switch. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover. He completed the work and cleaned up work area. I was very satisfied with the work and Chuck was very helpful and professional.

That worked well and he said I saved a couple of hundred so, good. I haven't paid yet, because he needs to get new seats for the old bathroom sink faucet that has a very slow leak. Need to finish that part or just call it a project and take care of the bathroom later."
