Excellent experience. The owner Kelly and the installer/plumber Chad were very professional and knowledgeable. Chad did a great job with my numerous plumbing issues: installed a new outdoor spigot, in the kitchen replaced faucet and added a turn off valve, replaced old tub piping and drain, repaired leaking bathroom sink drain and resolved issue with laundry room floor drain. I will have more plumbing projects in the near future and will hire them again. I highly recommend Pure Mechanical.

Wonderful job done on my sink and water softener replacement. My old heavy vast iron kitchen sink had to go ! Ugh ! Couldn't get the stains out after 30 years of use. Chad and Dean removed it and installed a beautiful black composite single basin sink. Replaced the bad pipes underneath and then installed a new water softener to replace one 20 years old and not functioning up to par. I absolutely love the look of my new sink and faucet and having a water softener that does what it's suppose to do. These two gentlemen, along with Johnathon who set this all up, were an absolute pleasure to work with and have in my home. Thank you so much guys !

Johnathon was very helpful in explaining what the repair would require and advised me that a less expensive and faster way to solve my problem was to have an electrician install a wall switch. I never would have thought of that and greatly appreciated his professional advice !

I highly recommend Pure Mechanical. Kelly gave me a bid and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, the leak in my water heater got much worse. I called Kelly and he came out just a couple of hours later. The water heater was in a very tight space, which made it difficult to maneuver, but Kelly and Mike got the job done. Even better, Kelly didn’t charge me extra for the last-minute schedule change. He was professional, polite, and very competent. I am really happy with his work, and will recommend Pure Mechanical to anyone needing water heater repair or replacement. Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly and Team were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and professional. We had an emergency water heater replacement that required additional effort (reconfigure water lines, etc).
