Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. Hello, I am Sam the Handy Man, I am a Licensed Building Contractor in the State of Minnesota and fully insured up to a million dollars per state requirements.\n\nI started this as a handyman business and quickly moved up into larger jobs and now focus mostly on remodels basements bathrooms interior remodels but I can handle anything exterior and exterior on residential homes. \nBeing licensed allows me to hire subcontractors for plumbing and electrical if needed. But I can work on existing electrical and existing plumbing. \nI try to work 5 to 6 days a week, I offer free quotes. My typical hours run between 8 and 9, to 3 to 4. For most jobs I charge by the hour, material costs are on the client, and I have a general contract everybody signs.
