DEPENDABLE BUILDERS

We had a stone fire place,c a bar , living area with rope lighting,bedroom,bathroom,kids area,scrapbook room with built ins . We also had built in the living area. We are extremely happy with our results. They work with you well and are honest and let you know if they don't think something is going to look that good. But in the end it's your decision. They have unique ideas also. We were very comfortable with them in our house. Very trustworthy and I didn't feel like I had to be here to watch over them. I highly recommend dependable builders.

The project went pretty fast.  I had a new deck in a week.  It turned out beautifully with the exception of a couple of scratched posts/railings in the composite.  I was upset about this, but Josh and his crew replaced some of the railings/posts to make me happy.  Josh shared that some of the posts/railings get scratched in the box when their shipped.  If I had known about this, I would have reset my expectations and it probably would not have been a big deal.  The only issue we have now is some of the composite trim along side of the frame is "waving" so leaf debris is getting in between the composite and the wood.  

The experience was professional and enjoyable. From the initial estimate, to the plans throughout construction and including follow up. The crew was pleasant, on time, and cleaned up daily. They finished well before the expected finish date. There was communication throughout the entire experience. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I have had hiring out work in or around my home.

I contacted Josh by phone to get an estimate. He showed up as scheduled and brought pictures to help me choose deck material and sty. Price estimate was done at my place and was very competitive. Josh was flexible to small changes I made before initiating the project. Job completed on time and clean up done on a daily basis. very professional and organized. i was always informed about the project progress. would definitely recommend.
