I have 25 plus years experience in home renovation and remodeling. There is is not much that I have not seen and solved. Did I mention that I love tile? I perform many pre house listing repairs as well as many post house sale inspection repairs required for closing. I offer the "have it your way" program. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

I help homeowners design and plan their remodeling project using my 25 years of experience in residential remodeling. Please check out many samples of my work at Houzz and my website. I create beautiful photo realistic images of their project completed with all their personal selections on finishes, plus complete architectural drawings for bidding, getting building permits and guiding construction. I put homeowners in charge of their remodeling projects by creating a very detailed plan so multiple contractors can bid on the same project so you can compare bids apples to apples.

We are doing a garage, bedroom, and entryway addition and planning to live at the house during the build (we're crazy maybe). Therefore we needed someone with a contractor background, design knowledge, and serious creativity for our project. Bruce has done a great job working with us remotely (were out of state). Extremely responsive, patient to help us understand design choices and physical limitations and delivered us a beautiful final concept. He then help scale back the plans for a phased approach project (Contractor portion and DIY). Delivered full 2D, 3D, cross sections, as-built, demo, framing, and electric plan. He was very quick and was often waiting on us, (which was a nice change). Thank you Bruce, can't wait to have you out once we have the project finished."
