He fit us in on short notice on a Saturday, and took his time answering all our questions. Once we were satisfied with the solution, he fixed everything by headlamp in the dark. He made sure we never felt pressured or rushed. We absolutely have a new favorite HVAC company."

"Fantastic from start to finish! When I contacted AAA, the woman that scheduled the appointment was incredibly nice, helpful and informative. I was given a 4-hour window and advised I would be called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which is exactly what happened. The two gentlemen were fast, professional and very thorough. My fireplace was extremely dirty and hadn't been used or cleaned since before I bought my house. Prior to leaving, one of the gentlemen walked me through the work they performed. My fireplace looks and runs beautifully! Since I've never used a fireplace before, he happily gave me a step-by-step tutorial on how to use, adjust, clean, troubleshoot and maintain, and gave me recommendations on future service appointments. He also looked at my HVAC ducts/vents and informed me of other services provided by the company. The best part is that he was not the least-bit pushy--simply informed, offered and recommended. I was very satisfied with from start to finish and will use AAA for my future needs."

"Excellent experience with this local company. Down-to-earth and personable owner, who was one of the two workers to complete the job. I appreciated the flat-rate pricing, which was honored for a larger home with air ducts that definitely needed cleaning. The owner twice showed me "before" and "after" photos to demonstrate what they actually did (a nice touch) and offered to send them to me in order to share with my wife (who wasn't present). I added the furnace cleaning option, which was provided at a slightly reduced rate (as opposed to an individual service call for that purpose), as well as cleaning out the dryer (just the unit, not the venting, which I completely replaced later). These add-ons were not forced, but simply offered as options "while we're here" -- thus both convenient and affordable. No complaints working with this company."

"The only model thermostat they offered was high priced ( $350 plus installation or $453 total), High tech, WiFi link to smartphone, programmable. I told him I wanted a simpler model and was told the only other option was more complicated and more expensive and that "this is how thermostats are now". I told him I was upset, but had no other options. I now know this was 'extortion' , since other simpler models are still available and would have been better suited to this senior citizen. A furnace cleaning the same month prompted a list of things I should buy despite the furnace passing it's tests.....be prepared for a sales pitch. They did come promptly and were polite. I will not hire them again."
