"Air Mechanical called to alert me that their technician was on his way and would be here in about 20 minutes. Andrew arrived as expected and got right to work on the furnace. I have Air Mechanical's Home Comfort plan which costs us $279 per year for an annual furnace tune-up and annual A/C tune-up. Today's charges were $33 for installing a new water panel on my humidifier. Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. That has been my experience with Air Mechanical for many years so it was not surprising at all. "David did a great job. He called ahead of time to set up an appointment and then called before coming. He let me look over his shoulder and explained everything that he was doing. He explained how the furnace should be performing and how it was performing which determined what was wrong. He cleaned the flame sensor and everything operated perfectly after that. He made sure the Co levels were good and furnace temp was good. He couldn't have been nicer or more educational. I was totally pleased and furnace is working perfectly now.show more
