Nathan is hands down amazing. He has been helping with all the issues we had with our insurance company. The work they did was top notch. The roof looks great. The roofers were efficient. AAA+++ Just Fabulous! I met Pro Tech Senior Project Manager Nathan Knopp at my home after a terrible hail and wind storm struck my community on Lake Pulaski in Buffalo, MN this summer. Nathan was professional, courteous, respectful, fast, efficient and very easy to work with during the entire process of the work that Pro Tech did for us - Damage Assessment, Insurance Claim Submission / Estimate / Approval, Roof Shingle and Gutter Selection, Scheduling Work, Managing the Work Process and Follow-Thru. Nathan Knopp was very* well versed on how to best interface with our home insurance company and was able to fast track a claim to them using their own claim submission app / process. As a result, we were able to get our roof repair expedited which suited us perfectly. Pro Tech is a Platinum Partner with Owens Corning which means we were able to do a wholesale level upgrade on our shingles to TrueDefinition Duration Designer Level shingles and we decided on the Merlot pattern/color. Our materials and crew showed up as promised and the work was done fast and efficient and passed inspection with the City of Buffalo easily. With Nathan Knopp's guidance and support, we were also able to upgrade our gutter guard to a style/manufacturer that is better suited/engineered to our steep roof pitch for our designer lake home. I have to say that working with Nathan Knopp and Pro Tech was easy and very informative and my wife and I feel that we came away from this experience with not only an upgraded roof and gutters, but with a lot more understanding of how the roof and gutter system in our home works to protect our home from the elements. If you have to choose a company to restore your home, you MUST have Pro Tech and Nathan Knopp stop over to do your assessment! Thank you Nathan and Pro Tech!

Excellent company!

I'm very pleased. In one day the old roof was removed and my new roof was installed and it looks beautiful. The install team arrived at 8 a.m. and left at 3:30 p.m. I've had many compliments and the install was exactly as ordered. I worked with Chris Jovan who was introduced to me by my neighbor who also had their roof replaced by Pro Tech Restoration. Chris helped me to use my insurance dollars wisely and that took the anxiety out of the project. The evening before the install I changed the roof vent design from box vents to the ridge vent. Chris implemented the change and everything went well. I highly recommend Pro Tech Restoration. Chris is professional, responsive and timely. Very happy with everything.

Randy Burge, from Pro Tech Restoration, responded the same day we contacted them. He came and checked our roof and found the leak. He then went to the local store, purchased what was needed and had it fixed before any more rain came and did not charge us. He checked the roof and gave us a quote to repair the part of the roof affected by the leak. We are checking into code for vents but will go with them to repair the roof. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Brian the Pro-Tech agent worked with me and the insurance company
through further inspections, insurance claim estimations, and final completion
of the roof replacement. The whole job although taking over a month due to
inspections and roofing color choices, was completed correctly, with little
personal cost. I was so pleased with the job that I further added some gutters to
an area of the house, which further qualified for an angies list discount. I
was very pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate to use thier
services again.

All I can say is that Thomas McNamara, the young sales rep, was amazingly responsive to every phone call, email, complaint, request for information and clarification.  He's a born salesman, and he has the ability to make you feel like your job is the only job he has.  I have referred him to many of my neighbors, and they were very pleased with Thomas as well.  He's very knowledgeable about the business, and he really goes to bat for his customers.

Tony was polite, punctual and professional. He did not attempt to up-sale while evaluating the condition of the roof. We would definitely use Protech again when the need arrises..

Pro Tech Restoration replied immediately after we signed up for the $99 roof inspection and maintenance. The company caller was so polite and genuinely seemed to care about the customer. Very nice. Brian Jovan called back after the initial call and wanted to set up a time right away - we didn't have to wait at all. He was punctual, friendly, informative and cared about the work he was doing and did a great job.
