The issue I was having trying to get it fixed was that the latter two jobs were too small to attract interest from other contractors, but Serg from JIS Pashur construction not only did a fantastic job outfitting my house with gutters, but because he has prior experience with siding/soffit/fascia, he was able to do my soffit/fascia project PLUS replace the wood trim, all under one quote. So instead of me having to seek out 3 different professionals, Serg was able to do it all. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of at once, and Serg did great work at a very good price. The work was completed very quickly, and Serg was excellent at explaining what my options were (including some less expensive options rather than pushing me toward higher priced options), and I really appreciated that. "The whole process went smoothly with Rain Master. The quoting process went smoothly and gave me an opportunity to walk around the house and discuss the best location and way to route the downspouts. The installation process was quick and easy as well. The gutters blend seamlessly into the house and look great (that means almost unseen). The crew chief made sure that we were on the same page before installing and they cleaned up everything before they left. "Tom was very responsive and a conscientious contractor. He came out to the house within a couple of days to make an estimate. He was exactly on time. He climbed up a ladder to examine issues he would encounter while making the estimate, and he was knowledgeable on gutters. He made another appointment for us to select colors and then arrived with array of colors from which to choose. It was 3-4 weeks before he got to doing the job, but he had said they would continue on with doing gutters up until the end of the year. It took a couple of days (cold ones at that) and I was not here when work was performed, but they did clean everything up in the end. The price was in the middle of the bids that we received. All in all they did a good job and they would get my recommendation.
