When I called their office, the woman I spoke to understood my situation immediately and had their team on my doorstep at 8:00 the next morning, on the dot as scheduled. Mike came as scheduled by phone a few days before, called when they were on the way. He had explained the rates by phone, letting me know that it might be possible the cost would go up if the ducts were bad (which I knew they would be) to do the best job. When he arrived, he took photos showing me the built-up dirt and explained that to do the best cleaning, they would start at each opening using a rotary brush and whip, not just air. I authorized the work, because our house is large, Mike called his next customer to see if it would work for them to come a little later (good customer service). They were here over 3 hours; the after photos were amazing and even though it got a bit costly, I am so happy to be rid of all that 'stuff' in the duct work - you pay for what you get!
