"Jeremy did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets and removing some spots that were stained. Making an appointment was really easy and he was on time for the appointment. He went out of his way to clean a few areas that were dirty that were not scheduled and didn't charge us for it.. However, it’s best to help the process along either by calling in a professional mattress cleaner or by using household cleaning products like white distilled vinegar and baking soda to remove the moisture and the odor. You may want to consider replacing your mattress over cleaning it if you have multiple stains or odors that are persistent.
