Absolutely Amazing! In 20 years of owning my house, Iâ d never had an occasion to call an HVAC company. I first attempted my own repair, then asked friends, family and even mild acquaintances if they knew of anyone I should call. One couple was actually EXCITED to refer us to Kyle because of the work heâ d done for them and their son. He arrived at 4PM as scheduled and within 45 minutes, diagnosed multiple failures in my ancient furnace. Rather than make me wait, his wife pitched in and brought a new furnace to my house and I had A/C that evening! That was yesterday and today, the heat index is expected to be 105. Oh yeah, he also saved me over $1000 compared to the next bid I had! Thank you Kyle and Shelby!!!

Kyle was quick to respond when our air conditioning went out. We had told Kyle that we had a 1 week old baby at the time and he somehow fit us in during his busiest season. Heâ s not only great at what he does but he has outstanding customer service to go along with his skills. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for AC or furnace needs.

Central A/C Installation
I recently had a new furnace and AC installed in my rental property with Breeze Heating and Cooling. This is an old duplex with less than ideal space in the mechanical room and Kyle was able to customize and retrofit a brand new furnace and a central AC system where one did not previously exist while still making it look extremely clean and seamless. This was all done in less than a day. Customer service was excellent. Kyle assisted with the permits through the city and gave clear and concise instructions on who to talk to at the city to close out the permits after a final inspection. He also helped coordinate with the electrical contractor to do the final wiring with the new thermostat and AC unit. I will be using Breeze for all of my future HVAC needs.

Kyle was professional and approachable from the estimate through the completion of the project. He arrived and completed the project at the appointed times. The project was clean and efficient. When he finished he sat down with us and explained every detail of our new furnace and air conditioner. We will absolutely hire him again for check ups and will recomment him to all! I was was very pleased with everything the breeze did for me. They installed a furnace and air conditioning unit along with some ductwork. We contacted Breeze to get an estimate on installation of cold air returns for the lower level of my house. Kyle came out and was very honest about the fact that we not only needed these cold air returns, but also needed some supplies because of the size of our room and for code reasons. Although it was more work than we originally anticipated, we appreciated his honesty especially so we complied with code. We decided to move forward with all the work as he Was so honest in the needs of our space and also had very fair and competitive pricing for the work. On install day, Kyle finished up earlier than anticipated, which was great, and also took the time to give use a few suggestions on future water heater needs and some other ducting questions we had. This was very much appreciated and was such great service. I was very impressed with his work and service. I would definitely recommend Kyle and his company.

Our HVAC system was a disaster; inadequate with very little air movement. Kyle with Breeze Heating and Cooling is the man. Had great vision for a plan with our limited space and delivered top notch results! Really great guy, cool personality, extremely knowledgeable and total pride on his work which left us very impressed and pleased with the results. All at a very affordable cost. Added several supply and returns; loving the improvement!

I had contacted Breeze heating and cooling to perform a repair on my furnace. Upon inspection it was determined that replacing would be more viable vs repair. The owner, Kyle Schutta provided honest and fair pricing and his quick response was impressive.
