"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. "A hail storm left my house, rental house and garage damaged. TRS Builders did an inspection and said I should call my insurance adjuster. Ray Stranz, the owner, worked with my insurance and all siding and window wraps were approved. His crew came in and replaced the old siding with excellent quality siding. My homestead looks wonderful and it is much warmer with the foam under the siding. The outside lights and doorbell had to come down to get the siding on. All was replaced with new lights and doorbell. There was so much attention to detail. A large dumpster held all the old siding and waste from new siding. The gutter covers were damaged and replaced, air conditioner damage repaired and new shutters were installed. The dumpster was removed as soon as the job was done. Since it snowed, Ray promised they would come back in the spring to do more clean up and paint some rusty pipes to match the siding. I trust him to do just as he promised. He is an excellent negotiator and makes sure his crew is doing the job right.
