Grey Duct Heating and Air Conditioning

I wish you could give 50 stars to Grey Duct Heating and Air Conditioning and to Nick. He is that good! I woke up this morning to a nonfunctioning central air unit. I filled out a contact form and within 15 minutes, at 6:40am I got a call from Nick. I had no expectation of that level of performance, but it was extremely appreciated as the day's temp was supposed to reach the mid-90's and the humidity was already climbing. Nick was able to come out that same morning and although he could have easily convinced me to replace my 20 year old unit, he was up front and honest and informed me that the only issue was a bad capacitor. Nick will replace old units if you want him to, but his philosophy is if he can fix it at a reasonable cost, he won't push you to replace. In fact, Nick is not a hardcore salesman at all. He is someone that you instantly feel comfortable with and trust. He gave me a quote on replacing my central air unit and furnace and it was easily within the bounds of fair and reasonable. Given that a person typically doesn't replace HVAC systems more than once in their lifetime, it feels a bit unnerving when you need to find a company. Especially since it usually is when one of your systems has broken down at the worst time possible. With that in mind, I am so relieved and grateful to have stumbled upon Nick and Grey Duct Heating & Air Conditioning. When I make the decision to replace my total HVAC system, it will be Nick that I call. And I will recommend him to every family member, neighbor, friend, coworker. Make a smart decision and call Nick when you need HVAC work!
