It had developed ripples and bulges that were unsightly and potentially dangerous to elderly walkers. Rob and Joe came on a Friday, gave me a very fair estimate and returned the next Tuesday to do the work. They were right on time! They treated my home with care and treated me with respect and humor. The bill was the same as his estimate and the carpet looks terrific. They even cleaned up after their work and vacuumed as well - with their own vacuum. They were able to remove 95% of the stains, and once the final coat of finish was applied the remaining was hardly noticeable."
