"In May of this year we had Great Lakes Home Renovations replace the aging shower stall in our upstairs bathroom. Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which had to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He also sought our input when needed which I appreciate. Ben did a very good job finishing the project and left the worksite very clean."

"I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom! Aleksey was honest and fair with the bid, and Alex did an absolutely superb job re-tiling! I contacted several contractors before meeting Aleksey. The first one two nearly a month to get back to me after looking over the job-needless to say I didn't hire him. Another had me send pictures of the job, which I did-I never heard back from him. These days a lot of contractors want to sell you a "package" that includes new fixtures, which some of us don't need. It was very refreshing to work with North Point Services, who did only the work needed, and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. I called him to make an appointment and since he was in the area already, he offered to stop by and take a look at my plumbing, which by the way, he didn't even charge me for!! I had received an estimate from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at which time I was told I needed to replace the entire injector pump, which turned out to be absolutely not true. Not to mention the fact, Benjamin, wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money!! Jeff, came in and saved the day for a mere fraction of the cost Benjamin Plumbing, was trying to charge me.
