We ran into a few hurdles as the project unfolded which required 3 trips from a plumber (replaced old shower valve, brought drain pipes up to code, reinstalled radiator and refilled system, reseated toiled, and installed new sink and faucet). Sean is very conscientious of his work, and deducted much of the plumbing work and even 1/2 of the tub refinishing costs from his bill (original estimate was $2545). He was always prompt and at the end of the day communicated what progress he'd made. He also wiped the floors at the end of each day from the bathroom to the door outside (through dining room and kitchen!) which really helped tremendously with a child and baby around. His tile work is great, flooring square and parallel to walls. He pays attention to small details. Painted the radiator and the dingy exhaust fan cover and control plate, and dressed up the window by adding trim. We highly recommend Sean!"
