I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Star Bath Systems! From the beginning, the customer service was excellent. Once I started with the project designer to come up with a plan for my master bath remodel - she was so knowledgeable & helpful that it made the design process a breeze. When it came to remodel week, they were not only extremely timely, but also very clean… what a relief! The grout and tiles came out so pretty and I was so incredibly happy I went with them! We decided to have our bathroom remodeled because we wanted to update not only the color but also the layout and design. We contacted four remodeling companies. The first one was StarBath and it was "Ryan". He came over, listened to us, answered our questions, and gave valuable direction and advice that made a lot of sense. He spent over an hour with us. Very knowledgable. The 2nd and 3rd were not very professional. One told us that what we wanted was impossible and we would have to make it "realistic". The other one never provided a proposal, as promised. The last one showed up, seemed rushed, and was very impersonal. We had to repeat ourselves a few times. He said he would beat anyone, which he did, but we opted to go with Ryan due to his professionalism, customer service, and knowledge. They turned the bathroom into an in-home spa We couldn't be happier with the results.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Star Bath Systems, and I couldnâ  t be more pleased with the results. What stood out to me were their ADA modifications, which were seamlessly integrated without sacrificing style or functionality. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch, and their customer service was exceptional throughout the process. Overall, my experience with Star Bath Systems was fantastic, and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

Purchased used 11/23/23. Everything was great at first. We started having problems a couple months later with the batteries not charging apparently which was why it was intermittently beeping, we were told when I called. Was told there was probably dust on the ramp so I wiped it off and had to move the chair manually to get it to connect to charge again. I turned it off (not unplugged) for a few days while we were gone in case it happened again so as not to bother my parents. I turned it back on when we got home. It took a couple days before it would work again, then it started beeping again, did everything as mentioned above. We have a 1 year warranty but they claim we said we unplugged it which voids the warranty, which we did not. Also there was nothing said or written regarding this. THEY suggested it was unplugged. We have to move furniture to get to the plug. Needless to say they will now charge us a $200 service fee when we were told the last time we spoke with them it was covered under the warranty.
