Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which had to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He also sought our input when needed which I appreciate. Ben did a very good job finishing the project and left the worksite very clean."

"First, let me say that we would not have even considered such an ambitious project had we not worked with Sean's Renovation in the past and had such incredible results. Since 2009, Sean has worked with us on 5 projects to get ready to retire and age in place in our south Minneapolis 1920 home. Sean completed the remodel of our 2nd floor full bath; the remodel of our first floor 3/4 bath; and the remodel of our kitchen and eating area. He partnered in the re-decorating our dining room, living room, entryway and sunroom and the redesign of our first floor family room. Each of these projects have all been done within budget and in the most timely, professional, and minimally invasive way possible. The current, very ambitious basement remodel was more extensive and accomplished with the same professional excellence. The cement floor was completely removed to allow the installation of radiant heat, all walls were taken down, and all of our many goals were accomplished. Sean was incredibly patient with our myriad of ideas of what we wanted to accomplish and over time, as the opportunities and challenges of our emerging space revealed themselves, we continued to rework and refine the plan to meet our needs. The same is true with respect to the materials to be used for the flooring, the climbing wall and the counters. Sean's tile work and finishing work is unsurpassed, and he constantly includes details and contingency plans that lead to incredible outcomes. I have included a couple of photos of this finished remodel, and have included one of the kitchen and one of our family room bath done in the past. (While Sean did amazing work in our basement, it is work on kitchens and baths that make his heart sing, as you can see in the outcome!!!!) Sean is so incredible to work with, and over these numerous projects, all of our fears about remodeling have been put aside. I remember reading on this site in 2009 that people were sorry to see Sean go at the end of the project and I thought, "what, are these people nuts???" Well, we now fall into that category, and may end up remodeling our attic or garage (all we have left!!) just to get to see him again!!
