"In May of this year we had Great Lakes Home Renovations replace the aging shower stall in our upstairs bathroom. Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which had to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He also sought our input when needed which I appreciate. Ben did a very good job finishing the project and left the worksite very clean."

"Beyond expectations! Finished professionally, ontime, and beautifully! Attention to details and little known laws. We replaced carpet in our lower level, and it covered a sump pump ( legal) and exposed the cover, it was in a corner, His workman cutout a removable cover, hiding it. I recommend Northpoint and Aleksey to our friends and family and everyone!! I plan to use them again for some bathroom renovation, Clean-up was excellent and as stated.I give them 5 stars!"

"Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We were kept up-to-date on start date and other pertinent details and pre-install queries were answered promptly. The replacement/instillation itself was completed efficiently, the crew arrived when promised, the crew was very respectful of our property + home and we received a detailed walk-through of the completed project. We would strongly recommend FSBS for anyone considering a similar project in the future. Excellent service from start to finish. Liz R. + Luke S."

"I recently hired Star Bath Systems for a complete bathroom remodel, and I could not be more pleased! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and committed to ensuring everything was done above and beyond what we asked. What really stood out was their expertise in ADA modifications. I needed the remodel to be fully accessible, and they exceeded my expectations. They installed a walk-in shower with grab bars, a comfort-height toilet, a lowered vanity, and everything needed to make my mother feel comfortable. The modifications were seamless and integrated perfectly with the overall design, so the bathroom feels both functional and stylish. The quality of the materials used was top-notch, and you can tell, they definitely do not cut corners. Every tile, fixture, and finish was carefully chosen and installed just right. I was also impressed by their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the worksite there was minimal disruption to my daily routine during the project. Customer service was another highlight, and this is the biggest one for me! They kept me updated throughout the process, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. They were patient with my requests and truly listened to my vision, helping me make informed decisions along the way. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The bathroom is not only accessible but also a beautiful, functional space that perfectly suits my and my family needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, customer-focused bathroom remodeling."

"My husband and I met with several contractors about renovating two bathrooms and our basement. We compared designs and budgets, and while all were comparable, Dave's (GBR) stood out. We are thrilled that we went with Dave and his team. They were talented in every way, from design to construction to completion, everything was done on time and on budget. They kept our home clean, and worked as quietly as possible. The end result in every room exceeded our expectations. Perhaps the best thing about them was that we felt they were people with character and integrity. We were able to develop a trust that I did not expect and that I value to this day. We highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again! - Happy homeowners in Shakopee, MN"
