Ludy arrived and took care of business in a professional and efficient manner. He quickly unclogged the drain under my laundry sink. I give him major kudos because the appointment was during the COVID-19/Stay At Home period. He was properly masked, gloved and stayed at a proper distance throughout the work. Ludy arrived @ house @ 11:00 AM Appt on time and proceeded to disassemble the drain so he could clear the blockage After leaving the bubbling up of the water came back and when I called him he arrived back within 10 mins of my call. The plumber was so nice and helpful. We hired Main Line Sewer and Drain Service to look at our garbage disposal because it was leaking. He looked at it for a few minutes and realized that the actual garbage disposal was cracked on the back. He let us know and didn't charge us a trip charge or anything else. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know for plumbing services.

Ludy from Main Line gave me a fast quote over the phone and a time frame that he would be available in the morning. He called later that morning because he could make it 40 minutes EARLY. He worked to try to figure out if he could recreate my problem (an occasionally slow drain with water backup). His quote was accurate and he didn't try to pressure or upsell anything. He also offered a 6 month guarantee on his work. Great Job, great customer service, I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.
