While they do not usually do this he used his long ago skill to give us the most beautiful walk to our home. He did it himself and I am forever grateful. If I could give 10 stars I would. "Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

Since they kept to the estimate, showed up when they said they would - (had to reschedule 1 time due to a soaking rains on the first day setup), and cleaned up after themselves.
