I requested a slight adjustment to shower doors and that was accomplished in a friendly, prompt manner. Thomas, our salesperson/designer, went above the call of duty in answering my endless questions and tweaking our order. Heather, in customer service was friendly, helpful and responsive. "John came out and did an initial estimate of the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and gave me some ideas on how to deal with some other projects I need done.  The day the work was scheduled to be done he was here on time, completed the work and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done.  He hauled everything that needed to be thrown out to the dumpster.

"I used Craftmasters to do our kitchen design. They were great to work with and really listened to how I used my kitchen and what I wanted. Afterwards, I decided to use them to do the remodel. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But it was worth it because you get a dedicated project manager who handles all the details so we didn't have to. Again, great to work with. Kitchen turned out wonderful and every time I am in there I love it more! Especially the cabinets and countertops. Makes a world of difference when I'm cooking!"
