After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. "I used Craftmasters to do our kitchen design. They were great to work with and really listened to how I used my kitchen and what I wanted. Afterwards, I decided to use them to do the remodel. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But it was worth it because you get a dedicated project manager who handles all the details so we didn't have to. Again, great to work with. Kitchen turned out wonderful and every time I am in there I love it more! Especially the cabinets and countertops. Makes a world of difference when I'm cooking!"
