"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. I am very familiar with home construction work as I have lived in my home since 1961 and have had 2 major add-ons and several inside remodels done during the past 59 years. Lifetime Construction showed up precisely on time for appointments ( a rarity among contractors) and performed the work as contracted. I would definitely use them again. This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship. His pricing was comparable to the other contractors that provided bids, but he really put in the up-front work to ensure the project would go smoothly, and it did. "Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim.
