"Profi did an amazing job. I started my tiling project and became too busy at work to finish. This is not your ideal professionals job. Profi still treated me like I was their number 1 customer. They were able to come out and finish the job within a week (On Saturday, even though they were incredibly busy)! I was at work all day when they came. The sight I saw when I got home from work was beautiful. They did such an amazing job, I was so happy to have my kitchen back. I can’t recommend Profi enough. I asked if I could write this review for them because they were so great (not the other way around like usual). If you need tile done, from start or finish, use them! You won’t regret it."

"Tanya the representative was knowledgeable and efficient. She came out to my home at my convenience to do the estimate, which was immediately. She was friendly, helpful with design, measurements for supplies and very responsive with communication by phone, text and email. I was very impressed by her efficiency. The value of their services beat the price of everyone else, even some of the "handymen" that were not specialists in ceramic."

"Dmitri and the entire crew were incredible! The quote was more than fair, he was great about keeping in communication, on time, and so consultative to ensure they job they did resulted in a beautiful floor, which included a surprise replacement of some soft sub flooring - thank goodness for their quest for perfection! Even that, when they could have had the opportunity to hit me with a big bill for something that absolutely needed to get done, his quote was so fair for all the extra work and materials that were required. (I would have expected to pay more). They have an eye for design! When they opened the boxes of travertine, they noticed a pinkish tone to many of the tiles (natural to that stone) that didn't blend well with the gold and beige tones of the rest of my kitchen, stopped what they were doing, and questioned it. I ordered a new shipment of tile that worked - thank goodness again they halted the progress to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. They were so kind about the delay (and honestly, likely a waste of their time that day), and patient as we waited for the new tile to arrive. Once it arrived, they quickly fit me back into their busy schedules and got the job done. Again, they consulted, and intentionally delayed the hook-up of the thermostat for the heated floor to give the tile time to cure, noting if I get impatient and turn it on, it might crack the tile! So grateful again that they delayed that, and made a special trip back to simply wire up the thermostat to protect my tile. They were always left the job tidy, and did a great job of sealing off the construction area during the demo phase. My new floor is absolutely perfect and even with the wood floor next to it. They are such nice people, fair, and easy to work with. I have already recommended Cutting Edge Remodeling to others, and will hire them again whenever I need them. I seriously can't say enough good about them!"

"4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"Dave and Travis were amazing to work with and did really high quality work. We served as the General Contractor for our own large remodeling project, and Dave was great to give us advice and suggestions along the way.  They worked on our house from May 2014 - February 2015 and were always reliable, cleaned up their work at the end of each day, good communicators with issues or questions that arose, and did beautiful work.  We'd recommend them to anyone and will hire them again for future projects.

Gary, the owner, arranged a time to look at my project, discuss what I would like done, made suggestions and answered all of my questions. His quote was very reasonable. He explained the process of the installation, how long the project would take, etc. He was in communication with me and gave me updates as the project moved forward. Gary is very personable, reliable and I got the sense that he truly enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent workmanship. I cant say enough good things about the installer. He was polite, precise and a hard worker. His attention to detail was impressive. He prepped the area and cleaned up the area when he was finished. His workmanship is outstanding. My new backsplash is stunning. I would not hesitate hiring Footprint Floors in the future."
