After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well! "After visiting their Carlisle showroom, Sid Tyler came to our home with samples of their proprietary solid surface material to discuss our Master Bath Renovation project. He offered a wealth of helpful design suggestions to increase our shower size, the addition of niches and Delta hardware selection. After accepting his on-site quote, work was scheduled 60 days out when we met Ryan Epps, our on-site project manager. Ryan was amazing, courteous, professional and willing to answer all our "in-process" questions. Main scope of work involved fiberglass shower and adjacent wall demo and the new wall material installation was completed in a week's time with only the custom glass shower doors installed later. Each day, the worksite was thoroughly cleaned. Workmanship was outstanding and we love our new master bath shower and LVT flooring.
