I also received no confirmation calls from them, so I assumed it was a standard job. My wife took the morning off work to be home for the appointment. When they came, it was only to provide a quote. He quoted $350 to my wife, which was different than the $100 they told me over the phone. When I called, they immediately dropped the price. It was still higher than the $100, but I wanted it done. I also still think I paid too much. The installers were nice, but couldn't install my original disposal, even after the initial assessment saw the sink and the disposal before making the quote. I had to go to the store to get a different disposal to be installed. this place is overpriced, bad at communication, and has little respect for others time."
