I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of. "The two-man crew arrived in the morning, removed most of the old galvanized water piping and installed new copper piping mains and a functional bathroom by the afternoon. The remaining work was completed the next day. All demolition and trash was removed from the house. Our clean up consisted of wiping down surfaces and floors. This project went very well."

"Andrew and his wife do great work. We were eager to have a quote and get work started as quickly as possible and they accommodated. Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. We've since had our driveway replaced and a patio installed because they gave us confidence in knowing we would not need to worry about water in our basement.
