"This company does not have a solid understanding of the Generac generators they install. I had the owner out last week to repair ours that is less than 3 years old. He left saying all was good, and on the following Saturday it failed to start for it’s weekly exercise run just as it had before he “repaired” it. Same exact error code. Ask him about Generac’s MobileLink app and he doesn’t have a clue. When I told him it failed again he said that maybe his battery tester was bad and that batteries are not included under the warranty. He said I should buy a new battery. I did, for $190, and it did not solve the problem. When I asked about their covering the cost of the battery, he asked “why should I?”. Steer clear!"

Joey refused to honor his promise on workmanship or warranty, and only offered to charge me thousands more with no proof of drainage connection on work performed. Zero Integrity and Honor of Workmanship. Don't endure the drama of his Jekyl and Hyde persona of this contractor that works under licensed name SAS Services, Inc.
