** had a problem afterwards with one of the units on a weekend-Charlie suggested 2 easily fixed causes over the phone.-change the batteries in the thermostat and/or change the filter. BINGO!-it was the batteries.- NO CHARGE!!

These guys came out exactly the time and day they said they would....they were clean, courteous, and efficient. They answered all the questions I had-before, during, and after installation was done. They stuck around to make sure every thing was working properly, that furnace and A/C unit was functioning properly before they left. I felt their price was slightly below market, and I got great service. I got several business cards from them s I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
