They were hired by another party to inspect my well and septic. They NEVER DUG a hole. They did not open the septic tank. They informed me that my septic field was on the wrong property. I was then forced to have two other engineers come out, at a cost of $450 and $300 to actually do a real inspection, look, measure, dig, etc. and confirm TWICE that the septic was in fact on my property. I saw it myself. They refused to retract their incorrect report. They caused me a lot of grief and money.  I can not believe the total incompetence. I have no idea how they concluded that the septic was on someone else's property. Perhaps they have a psychic on board. I don't know but it was very unprofessional, costly and displayed incompetence and arrogance that they refused to retract their erroneous report when faced with undeniable evidence.

We are selling our home and provided a well and septic inspection to the buyer.  The crew was here on time and were professional.  They did not measure the sludge.  They did give advice on well and septic systems.  They were in and out within a 1/2 hour and I was not sure what I paid for?  They dug two holes in the septic field and let me know that the drain was well.  I needed a invoice to show we did the inspection but I know it was not worth the value.

They arrived on time. Gave us a full explanation of how the systems worked and how
they should be maintained.  They were friendly and professional.

They showed up on time.  They explained how septic, well, and filters worked.  They found and opened septic tank but did not inspect it.  They did not measure scum or sludge depth in the septic tank even after I asked them to.   After some debate between the two workmen, one began to probe the ground.  Eventually he dug a hole where he thought the drainage field would be.  After digging down about three or four feet, they both agreed that the drainage field was not at that spot, filled in the hole and told me that they would not be able to determine the location of the drainage field, so they could not inspect it.  They gave me documentation of the inspection, I paid them, and they left. My wife and I were both disappointed with their service.  We ended up not buying that house anyway.
