"Everything went very well. The technician had all the parts in his truck, even though he hadn’t been given many details. Our sump well is smaller than most, but he was able to fit it in. I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of.
