Let’s talk about your projects and making your renovation dreams come true! I’m a highly specialized engineer by day, and have fallen in love with construction projects and real estate; giving homeowners the opportunity to live in a home they truly love and adore. I have years of experience in residential construction from personally owned properties and investments to building custom structures like recording studios. Although I’m not a licensed builder, I’m extremely familiar with codes across labor and skilled trades. Services offered, but not limited to: - Layout and Design for Remodeling - Finished Carpentry (custom woodwork, moulding profiles, entertainment centers, accent walls, etc) - Rough Carpentry and Demolition (new walls, removing/striking walls, framing, etc.) - Electrical (new outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.) - Plumbing (sinks, drains, water lines, sump pumps, etc.) - Flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood, and repair, etc.)
