Wesley spent about 20 minutes at my home saying he could not figure out the electrical problem on the hot water heater and charged $145.00. Then left. Also, changed the appointment from the day before for a bigger job. A real caring guy! Money first, obviously ¦..

Wesley is phenomenal! On time, professional, courteous, and he cares about your well being. The work he did was excellent, he cleaned up after his work. Wesley is very personable and I will be using him for other plumbing projects. I highly recommend him!!

Great overall experience. Within minutes of posting the job on Angie, Wesley called and could come the next day to fix the leaking pipe. When a prior job ran long, he texted and called to let me know his new arrival time. He did a great job and cleaned up after. I will not hesitate to call him again.

WM Plumbing did a phenomenal job. I had 3 flow valves replaced (1 was leaking, 1 was slow flow rate and not turning off when "closed" and 1 was just old (but still in working order). and a toilet install. They were on time, with all the parts and equipment needed. Very knowledgeable about parts and working order. All the installs went well, with no problems. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and made sure that everything was in good working order, AS WELL AS our satisfaction before leaving. IF you get to this review, stop reading and give him a call. He was able to work us in within 2 days!! He will be our go to guy for any plumbing issues down the road.

Wesley responded to a home emergency immediately where our septic was backing up into the house. He even offered to come out in middle of the night, but we were able to wait until the following morning after another appointment. He kept me informed of his arrival via text which was perfect. He went above and beyond and was able to quickly identify our issue. He drained our pipes, used a camera to inspect the pipes, and identified that the septic needed to be pumped badly. In addition he dug up and removed the septic covers to confirm that would elevate our issue. He also suggested several septic pump companies that would do a weekend pump. I work in commercial construction and was very pleased with the work, time, professionalism and cost for the work Wesley Mergens performed.

Wesley Mergens saved the day! We had clogged kitchen pipes that backed up and over the dishwasher drain and of course it would happened on a weekend. Being unable to use the kitchen sink was a big issue. He was available on a Saturday, he was prompt, professional, friendly, had all the right equipment and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend his to anyone and will keep is phone number handy.
