"AirConEx did an outstanding job of replacing our furnace and AC in a very timely manner. The owner (Dash Daja) provided recommendations to fit the specific requirements of our home, which resulted in much more efficient system that both heats and cools the home almost twice as quickly as the old system. Had I known that replacing the system would result in such a dramatic performance increase for both heating and cooling (especially for the second floor), I would have replaced the system a long time ago! In addition, we have also seen a decent reduction in our electric bills. All work was performed in a professional and efficient manner. Drop cloths were put down through the home, down the stairs, through the recently finished basement and into the furnace room. Once the replacement was completed, all the old equipment was removed from the premise and the jobsite was thoroughly cleaned. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and I would highly recommend AirConEx to anyone considering a new or replacement HVAC system!"

"James and Matt did a fine job in removing my 32 yr old A/C and installed a new Amana A/C today. The A/C is running now, but I cannot hear it. That's nice !! They are both knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Matt did the outside work and might have gotten sun burnt on this 90 degree sunny day, but did not complain ! I am very happy with his workmanship too. James worked inside and installed the evaporator in the furnace plenum with a drain cleanout system that is pretty neat to see. Both areas were cleaned up after the work was done. Thank U ! I would use Maxx Air again."

"Had a very difficult time finding a company that was respectful of the urgency/nature of my need to have the AC replaced given the 90 degree weather we were having. Had recently moved into a place and just found out it wasn't working. These guys came out to take a look and had the job done within 24 hours. "Best renovation/construction project ever!  Such a beautiful outcome!  Received detailed/thorough estimate up front from Aaron Byer.  Bonus was working with a designer (Heidi Parris-recommended by Aaron) who helped provide support with esthetic decisions (cabinets, faucets and fixtures, lighting, counter tops, etc.)  Our project manager was Mike Baker and he went above and beyond to ensure our bathroon was perfect - good communication, professional, hard worker and knowledgeable.  Amazed that the dust was kept to a minimum during demolition, and he left the house everyday with it all neat and tidy.  He was a great liaison between us, Aaron and the subcontractors.  When we ran into a couple of hiccups (rotted floor, new tile person than original quoter), Swartz was fair and there was clear communication.  And the subcontractors with whom Swartz does business were amazing, too!  Their tile guy is an artist!  The electricians, drywallers and plumbers were great and made great suggestions.  The cabinets are fabulous - we were initially going to reface but wound up having to get new cabinets and these Pioneer cabinets are beautiful.  We found that Swartz was expensive, but you really do get what you pay for - the quality of our final product is wonderful!  And Heidi (the designer) was worth her weight in gold - I was overwhelmed with all the decisions and it was so nice to work with someone who had product resources (Advance Plumging and the Tile Shop in Farmington were her suggestions and we had success at both places; lighting ideas on-line; granite, etc) and solid ideas and suggestions.  I am grateful for everyone who had a hand in this project!
We worked with quality people, paid them accordingly, and we got a quality outcome!  I would use Swartz Builders and Heidi Parris again in a heartbeat!  I wish we had used them on earlier projects!!  I highly recommend their services.
