"We couldn't be happier with the work Frank, John, and the entire team at US Tech did on our new three-car garage and mother-in-law suite. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. It was clear they genuinely cared about getting every aspect of the project right. What really stood out was Frank's commitment. He even attended our planning meeting with the township, which showed how dedicated he was to making sure everything went smoothly from the very beginning. The finished project is outstanding, and we highly recommend US Tech to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional quality, service, and professionalism."

"It was a wonderful experience. They were reliable, very professional, communication was stellar. I was never left hanging for information and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and with the workers who did the job. I plan to hire them again for a kitchen renovation in the near future. I have every confidence in them and the quality of their work."

"They did a fabulous job. Crew was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and we were extremely pleased with their work."

"Superior Home Building Company was great to do business with, they are very professional easy going and reasonable prices."

"They showed up on time , were very respectful of my property, very knowledgeable of the plumbing repairs needed ( toilet in basement & utility sink faucet ) . Fast and efficient estimate. Along with labor and materials were very reasonably priced."

"They were excellent. They did an extremely thorough job inside and outside. They also worked with us to accommodate new dates. First class company"

"We had been seeing Renaissance Restoration ads in the Grosse Pointe News for a while, so when it was time for renovations we decided to give them a call for a quote on our work. Mr. Craig, the owner came out and talked to us about our kitchen project as well as flooring. The amount of time they spent blew away the competition. They were genuinely interested in the details and the project. During the entire time of the project we were made to feel that our investment in the project was secondary to the detail and perfection of the whole scope. I wish more companies had an old fashioned attitude like Renaissance, where the craft is still the most important part."

"Excellent service! Very attentive! Great finished product!"

"We love our new basement from Apex! The guys were very polite every day and made sure the house was clean and orderly. The attention to detail was spectacular. We are still blown away every time we walk downstairs. We would hire Apex again in a flash."
